WINTER PARTNERS Egypt is an Egyptian joint venture company that was established in Cairo in June 2000 between ALAHLY for Development & Investment, the first Egyptian venture capital company in Egypt, and WINTER PARTNERS AG , an internationally reputed, Swiss based, consulting and financial institutions software firm.

WINTER PARTNER Egypt's mission is to provide financial solutions and consultancy services to financial institutions in Egypt and the Middle East, through WINTER PARTNER AG's products suite (RIBS - Real time Integrated Banking System) and services, as well as locally developed solutions.

These products are mainly integrated application in the area of foreign exchange and money market operations, from customer orders through dealing, back office processing and settlement. TREASURY management including position and limit control.
